We use webhooks for real-time updates whenever possible. For systems that don't support webhooks, we use intelligent polling, typically syncing every few minutes depending on your configuration and rate limits.
Can I build a custom integration?
Yes. Our robust REST API allows you to push documents directly into the Knowledge Graph from any proprietary internal tool, and you can subscribe to webhooks to react to changes.
Does WUF.AI respect existing file permissions?
